Delivery

Mycookout products are delivered unassembled and packaged on a pallet.

Assembly is done with silicone, not included in the product price, and must be purchased separately (silicone adhesive and high-adhesion seal).

Deliveries are made by a carrier to the address specified in the customer's order, and there must always be someone present to receive the goods (or a person authorized to do so).

The customer's phone number is provided in the documentation so that the carrier can contact you in case of any doubt about the delivery address.

Deliveries will be made at street level, so the customer must provide the labor or means necessary to transport the product(s) inside the house, garage, or building floor.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer on the purchase order. In case of insurmountable obstacles for the carrier to make the delivery, such as an inaccessible location for the required delivery vehicle (narrow passages, historical centers, dead ends, construction works, or other obstacles), customers must contact Mycookout in advance so that the situation can be evaluated. Otherwise, the order can only be delivered to an alternative location with viable access, to be agreed upon with the customer.

Mycookout does not cover any additional costs for special deliveries/means/labor that may be requested by the customer from the carrier or other entities.

The customer can only return items that are undamaged, unscratched, or show no signs of use, brand new, unopened, and sealed, in the original box. To do so, the customer must notify Mycookout within 14 days of receiving the items, by accessing their Personal Area on the Worten website and selecting the "Contact the seller" option next to the order you wish to return. After notifying Mycookout, they will provide instructions on how the customer should proceed with the return. In such cases, the shipping/return costs to the seller will be borne by the customer.

During August and December, the delivery time may change due to the vacation period of our suppliers.
